+ How To Make Sure You Shoot All The Important Moments?

The advantage of our documentary approach is that we will work non-stop to thoroughly document all the key moments and also the meaningful in-between moments that make this day so unique. As a studio we are able to cover simultaneously many moments in different places, for example, during the getting ready when each one of you is going to be in a different place. Besides, we will ask you to send us a list of key moments.

+ How To Make Sure You Don't Miss Our Vip People?

Prior to the wedding we will ask you to send us this VIP list with portraits (if possible).

+ What Does Your Coverage Include?

Our job goes beyond the wedding day, you will have our complete attention before, during and after the wedding. Before the wedding, we will spend time with you through video calls to get to know each others better, to know you as a couple, about your family and the details regarding your wedding. And also we will explain you thoroughly our creative and working process. During the wedding, usually our coverage goes from the getting ready to the party, depending on the collection you choose. We also offer coverage for rehearsal dinners, brunches or any specific need. After the wedding we will curate and edit every single picture we will deliver. This is also part of the creative process that requires several weeks. Our job ends the moment you receive your memories in a beautiful and elegant high quality album in your home.

+ How Many Images Will We Receive?

Depending on the collection you will choose, it may range from 500 to more than 1000 edited pictures.

+ Do You Retouch The Images?

Yes! Every single picture you will receive will go through our creative post-production process.

+ When Will We Receive Our Images?

Good things take time, and we invest a lot of effort to carefully select and work on the images that will tell your wedding day and will be present in your family heirloom. The average delivery time is around 12 weeks.

+ How Are We Going To Receive Our Images?

You will receive your images through an online gallery, where the high resolution images can be downloaded. We will schedule a video call to deliver this gallery and share this important moment of discovering together the reportage.

+ Do Your Collections Include Albums?

Yes! All the collections.

+ Can we take out the album?

Oops! No. In a study made, people who had lost their homes in a catastrophe, where asked what would be the thing that they would give the most to recover, and the most common answer was: the family albums. Therefore, we do believe in the importance of printing an album. What is printed is more reliable on a long term.

+ How Many Languages Do You Speak?

We speak fluently English, French and Spanish.

+ Do You Offer Video Services?

We do not offer video services, but we do work with amazing artist filmmakers, that we will happily recommend you.

+ Do we have to feed you during the wedding?

Yes please! We will be working hard and giving our full attention and energy during the all day, so we do need to hydrate ourselves and feed our bodies to always be with our full energy. We do ask you to please be very clear with your catering provider to make sure we will eat at the same time as you, and physically as close as possible. This way we can react quickly and be available for all the unexpected moments that may happen before, during and after your meal.

+ How much does it cost to hire you?

+ Can we print our own photos?

Yes! All our collections include high-resolution files that are ready to print.
We also offer high quality professional printing services that you can access through your online gallery.

+ Do you photograph anything else besides weddings?

We define ourselves as storytellers, and weddings are not the only stories we tell. We cover anything related to family (birthdays, baptisms, anniversaries…) and corporate assignments.

+ Do you shoot in BW and in color?

Yes! The galleries we are going to deliver will be a mix of mainly color and BW pictures. As for any of our services we can tailor your galleries to your taste.

+ Do you travel?

Yes! We shoot events world wide. We have already shot weddings in 25 countries.

+ Do you shoot film or digital?

Yes! We shoot mostly digital, and in our “à la carte” services you can opt for our film photographer. See more

Yes! The basic configuration of our collections always includes one lead photographer and an assistant.
